[Rice cooked using a special method is exquisite]

All of our rice is home-grown.The rice is milled, immediately rinsed, and then soaked in water for at least half a day before cooking."Omizu" uses natural water with a hardness of 55 degrees from the Dewa Sanzan mountains in Yamagata Prefecture.This is soft water at 40-60 degrees Celsius, ideal for cooking delicious rice.The rice is cooked using the special Banko ware Misuzu kiln from Mie Prefecture.It has excellent moisture retention properties, allowing rice to circulate easily during cooking, and the far-infrared rays cook the rice to a fluffy perfection.

All set meals include "specially selected rice" and "kenchin-jiru" soup, which originated at Kencho-ji Temple.Three small dishes made with seasonal ingredients that are a feast for the eyes and a delight to the palate.Add your favorite toppings of seafood from the Shonan coast, and you'll feel "full in both heart and stomach."
